Contributing stock

Mosaic has a fund with The Signatry to receive gifts of stock. To give, please follow these step-by-step instructions. If you use a broker, please pass along all of these instructions.

1. Complete the online Contribution Notification Form.  You will need the following information to ensure that the contribution is designated for Mosaic Community Church:

2. Transfer the stock. Deliver DTC/ACT eligible securities to:

3. Send an email to accountant@mosaicsilverspring.org to let us know to expect the gift. Also let us know if the gift is for general purposes or designated for a special purpose.

4. When The Signatry receives the stock and the transaction settles, they will provide the donor with a receipt for the gift.
