Diaconal Ministry Team (DMT)

The DMT seeks to care for the needs of those within our church, as well as those within our wider community. This care is multi-faceted and keeps with our core values - people, place, and Christ. DMT oversees the Mercy Fund, which is a dedicated resource made up of financial contributions from those who personally feel led to give to this partnership work. These funds are managed by the DMT to proactively come alongside members of our church and community during various life seasons and challenges. Mercy Ministry Team (MMT)

The MMT organizes opportunities for our church to engage with and serve the needs of our broader community. Our mission includes identifying the gifts, skillsets, and passions within our congregation, as well as looking outward to assess what needs exist. Projects often aim to partner with other churches and organizations in the DMV area who are currently serving or seeking to serve the same need.
