Family of Faith
Rev. Joel St. Clair
Hebrews 11:32-12:2
The author of Hebrews reminds us that we are a part of a history of redemption that stretches back to the beginning of time. As we journey through the difficulties of life, we have hope that Christ brings joins us together into this history of faith, and secures our eternal future.
This series focuses on our union with Jesus Christ. That is the framework for our salvation from a
number of Pauline letters (see usage of “in Christ”). Scripture paints a picture of human life as something
created by God for a purpose, called by Him to live & follow, and in Jesus Christ to become more and
more like him. Together, we’ll examine how our union with Jesus challenges our understanding of life today in the 21st century.
